We are confident you will love our SoloSauna Blanket, and we stand by the quality of our product with a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty and a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. 

1-Year Warranty (Damaged or Defective Items) Our warranty covers any functional defects for a full year from the date of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@droppoli.com with your order number and a video clearly demonstrating the functional issue. A video is required for our technical team to properly assess the problem. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will ship you a replacement solution at no cost to you.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a satisfaction return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that for all non-defective satisfaction returns, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@droppoli.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@droppoli.com.

Exchanges
While we do not offer direct exchanges, the most efficient way to get the item you want is to place a new order for it at your convenience and initiate a return for your original purchase.This ensures your new item ships to you immediately. Upon receiving your original item, it will be inspected and processed in accordance with our Refunds policy. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Branding & Appearance
Please note: While this product is marketed and sold under the "SoloSauna" brand name, the physical unit shipped is currently "unbranded" and does not feature the SoloSauna logo or custom tags. This unit is structurally and functionally identical to the advertised product. All other warranty and return policies remain applicable to the unbranded unit.

These minor discrepancies are not considered a manufacturing defect or grounds for return under the terms of our "Return and Refund" policy.
