Order Processing and Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

The estimated total time from placing your order to delivery at your door is 11 to 14 business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; shipping times can be affected by factors outside of our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost in transit or arrives with significant damage, please contact us immediately at support@droppoli.com with your name and order number.

For items that arrive damaged, please include a video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
